Pizzazz Group is looking for a highly organized and hands on Creative Services Manager to lead our small creative team while actively contributing to the successful execution of client projects. This role will oversee one graphic designer and one website developer, ensuring projects are completed on time, meet our quality standards, and provide an exceptional client experience.
Working directly with the owner, you’ll help prioritize projects, improve workflows, remove roadblocks, and maintain accountability across our creative department. We are looking for someone who enjoys both leading and contributing, someone who is willing to step in when needed, solve problems, provide creative direction, and help the team deliver outstanding work.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands effective digital marketing, and knows what makes websites, branding, and creative campaigns successful. Requirements & Qualifications
Coordinate priorities with graphic designer and developer
Ensure projects are completed on time and at a high level
Improve operational systems and workflows
Track project progress and operational KPIs
Lead internal communication and organization
Personally assist in project execution
Report directly to the owner regarding priorities, progress, and operational needs
Position is full-time in our Dublin, OH office and is a non-remote position

What is the pay range and vacation days for this position?
Salary:
- Based on experience (salary range can be provided after your first interview)
Paid Time Off:

What are the hours?
You will report to our Dublin, OH office and the working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday, with a one-hour lunch.
Can I work remote?
This isn’t a work from home position. Your day will consist of working with the design/content team to build websites. This is a collaborative position.
