As a Sales Representative at Pizzazz Group, you will be leading conversations with new customers to understand their current marketing, desired marketing, and Pizzazz Group’s marketing solutions. Requirement & Qualifications
A minimum of (1) year work experience in sales, preferably an out bound sales position
Meet daily sales calls and weekly sales meetings
Meet monthly sales goals of non recurring revenue and monthly recurring revenue
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), organizational skills, time management skills and detail required
Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other related computers skills required
Experience in HubSpot CRM, or similar is preferred
Maintains a professional attitude and demeanor in and out of the office
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team and with customers
Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Position is full-time in our Dublin, OH office and is a non-remote position
What You’ll Do
Prospect new business opportunities for small and medium sized business
Engage new business through phone calls, texts, emails, in person meetings, network events, partners, and inbound leads
Learn potential customer's current marketing strategies and develop a program that fits their business goals by collaborating with the internal team
Present the the marketing program options to the business and understand if the business is ready to get started or if follow up is necessary
Complete all needed paperwork for onboarding and communicate with internal team that onboarding a new customer is in progress
Work alongside internal team for onboarding to ensure the successful launch of the marketing program

- On average, new Sales Representatives at goal will average $50,000 – $60,000 in their first year

What are the hours?
You will report to our Dublin, OH office and the working hours are 8:00am-5pm, Monday – Friday, with an hour lunch.
Can I work remote?
This isn’t a work from home position. Your day will consist of working in the field building relationships with businesses and working with the team to strategize best new business opportunities. This is a collaborative position.
What does the training process look like?
The training program is a 1 month process. The first 4 weeks are a highly focused mixture of class time, online learning, and on-the-job coaching. By week 2 of training, you will be actively making phone calls, door pulls and working on building your own sales pipeline while also completing online learning courses and working to close new business. You will start out by setting meetings with customers that are within industries that we service. As your skill set grows you will be wrapped into the lead flow and will receive live leads in real time. Your time will fully be supported by training staff and experienced marketing professionals. At the end of the training you will receive the Pizzazz Group Digital Sales Training Completion Certificate and be Google Certified.

How do I get leads?
