Requirement & Qualifications
Proven experience as a web programmer and developer
Hands on experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Leadership and interpersonal skills to work directly with team members
Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting capabilities
Design skills with knowledge in Photoshop or Illustrator
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or relevant
Position is full-time in our Dublin, OH office and is a non-remote position
What You’ll Do
Develop and design client sites and customize themes, as needed, using WordPress, or Shopify
Maintenance and upkeep of existing websites
Insert Google Conversion & Analytics tracking, Facebook pixel code, etc into website/programs
Create online support programs for client reporting
Advise leadership on modern design and development practices to keep the company in the technical position needed for growth
Advise leadership on department structure by implementing processes with measurable goals
Follow security principles

What are the hours?
You will report to our Dublin, OH office and the working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday, with a one-hour lunch.
Can I work remote?
This isn’t a work from home position. Your day will consist of working with the design/content team to build websites. This is a collaborative position.
What does the training process look like?
The training program is 4 weeks that are highly focused mixture of class time, online learning, and on-the-job coaching. Throughout the training you will have an understanding of our processes, daily/monthly tasks, and softwares used. By week 2 of training, you will be actively accomplishing the day to day tasks of your position. You will report to the chief marketing officer.
